JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mechanical Insulators use hand tools to cut and form various insulating materials to mechanical systems. This position requires prolonged periods of standing, bending, and climbing ladders. This is a full-time position with frequent overtime opportunities. Training is provided on the job site. Frequent travel required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Install insulation materials on plumbing and HVAC systems
  • Load and unload insulation materials
  • Use ladders, scaffolding and manlifts to access work
  • Properly maintain equipment and tools
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures
  • Ensure clean job site
  • Other duties as assigned

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES:

• Usar escaleras, andamios y elevadores de personas para acceder al trabajo

• Mantener adecuadamente el equipo y las herramientas

• Seguir las pautas y procedimientos de seguridad

• Garantizar la limpieza del lugar de trabajo y otras tareas que se le asignen
